Manufacturing
Sustainable Fabrics:
At JNSQ, we only work with the finest mulberry silk, that exists on the market – Grade 6A silk. We also make sure the fabrics we source, meet the OEKO-TEX 100 certification, which means that it’s clean, safe and toxin-free. Mulberry trees require less water than cotton to grow and they are not sprayed with pesticides to protect the soil. We strive to use natural fibers which are bio-degradable, as it only takes 1 to 5 years to decompose them, which is 50 times faster than its synthetic alternatives.
Impeccable Quality:
We strongly believe that JNSQ items should look as flawless on the inside, as they do on the outside. You can turn our tops and dresses inside out and yourself check out the result of an excellent seamstress work.
Local Manufacturing:
We collaborate with top-notch seamstresses, that have the right skills and experience to work with silk, as well as use premium machines and technique to produce our designs. Some silk pieces require manual work, almost couture, which makes them very unique. Buying from JNSQ you are supporting ethical clothing production, as well as the small business ecosystem.
Responsible Production:
At JNSQ we take great pride in creating high-quality garments that are ethically produced and crafted to perfection. We are not a corporation and rejected the concept of mass production from the very beginning. We believe that mass production often leads to compromised quality and inferior workmanship, which is why we have chosen to take a different approach. Instead, we choose to focus on small-scale production, with higher work standards, premium manufacturing quality and better attention to detail.
We are committed to maintaining ethical work standards throughout our production process, and we believe that this dedication shines through in the quality of our garments.
