Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

We currently ship all orders placed in EU currency with DHL Express.

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
It normally takes us 1-2 days to process and ship your order.

The shipping time depends on the destination country.

For EU orders, it usually takes 3-5 business days.
International – up to 10 working days.

 

Taxes and Duties

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you. JNSQ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse address based in the Netherlands. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

Public holidays and weekends.

Expected delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Some of our couriers do travel across weekends, often making for a shorter delivery time, but we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.

For items that are not available in stock, as well as made-to-order and pre-order items please allow additional 7-10 working days for our team to create them.

 

Returns

We are accepting product returns based on the following Return Policy.

The return shipping is paid by the client in all cases except for manufacturing defects, and any special promotions that grant Free Returns. In order to initiate a return, please fill in the return form  no later than 14 days from the delivery date. 

All returned items must be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unchanged, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Items that are returned with signs of being worn or without their original tags attached will not be accepted. 
Made-to-order or special price items are not eligible for returns.

In case there is a deterioration (except for manufacturing defect), JNSQ has the exclusive and unilaterally right to not issue a refund, or issue a partial refund/store credit.

In case of manufacturing defect, fault, customer has a right to decide between: 1. full refund, 2. exchange, or 3. repair. We strongly recommend to get in touch with our Customer Support team for advice.

 

International Returns:

We strongly advise using a fully tracked service provided by your national postal service or courier such as DHL. 

If you are making a return or exchange from outside the EU, it is very important to follow these instructions when posting back to us:

  • Label the contents of the parcel as 'return of clothing + your original tracking number'.
  • If you are given the option, choose the category of shipment as 'return' or 'returned goods'.
  • Please declare the value of each item as $1.

Please be aware that refunds for customs duties fees and taxes  need to be completed through your local customs authority depending on your country and this is the customer's responsibility. If you have any enquiries relating to this process please refer to your local government's policy and processes on customs regulations.

 

Refund

Eligible returned items will be refunded via the original payment method.

As soon as return is received, please allow 2-3 business days for us to examine the items and then additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. This time varies between countries and banks.
