General

This website – jnsq.shop is operated by JNSQ, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unique registration code: 89474376, hereinafter called „jnsq.shop” or „JNSQ”. All orders placed by the consumer on the jnsq.shop website are subject to current Terms and Conditions and can’t be modified, unless agreed in writing with JNSQ.

By ordering products through our website (jnsq.shop), the consumer agrees to the terms of selling goods set out below. In case of disagreement with current Terms and Conditions, the consumer must immediately stop using the service and leave the website.

The current Contract comes into effect from the moment the consumer places an order without authorization (as a guest) on jnsq.shop website, as well as from the moment the consumer accepts the order through the website’s order form page, which opens if click the “Place An Order” button in the Shopping Cart section.

The buyer who purchased the product from JNSQ online store is considered as a person who entered into a relationship with JNSQ under the terms of this Agreement.

 

Security

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Communication must be based on the principles of generally accepted morality and etiquette. It is strictly forbidden to use obscene words, swearing, offensive expressions, as well as threats and blackmail.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

All designs, text information and graphic images of products placed on the jnsq.shop are the property of the JNSQ. Any use of the materials and information offered on this website is forbidden and considered illegal without express written permission from JNSQ.

 

Product

JNSQ is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the consumer while placing the order. The consumer is fully responsible for providing incorrect information that resulted in JNSQ inability to properly fulfil its obligations.

The buyer can place an order in the online store jnsq-shop.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for periods of routine maintenance or technical failures.

All prices are displayed in EURO and are subject to change without notice.

The products displayed on jnsq.shop are in the format of digital photographs. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, due to varying technical properties of screens it may slightly differ from the actual appearance and is not considered a defect.

If certain products ordered by the consumer are not in stock, JNSQ reserves the right to exclude the specified product from the order or cancel the order, notifying the buyer by sending an appropriate email to the address specified by the buyer during registration.

In case of cancellation of a fully prepaid order, the cost of the canceled product is refunded by JNSQ to the consumer in the same manner in which the product was paid for. 

After placing an order on jnsq.shop, the buyer is provided with the information about the expected delivery date via email sent to the address specified by the buyer during registration.

We reserve the right to limit the sales and/or quantities of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order if there is a well-founded suspicion that the order is placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
